John Dzwonczyk founded JGD Associates, Inc. in 1995 after a career in petroleum marketing at Getty Refining and Marketing Company, Sohio Oil Company, and BP Oil Company. He is an experienced public speaker and writer and holds a master's degree in civil engineering from Villanova University. He also serves as a public official on the Avon Lake Board of Municipal Utilities, and as a board member of the Ohio Petroleum Contractors Association.

David L. Cantrell is a Staff Architect who handles architectural, site and development plans. Dave holds a BS in Architecture from University of Detroit Mercy and has eight years experience in commercial, industrial, residential, and site design, directly and through consultants.

Matthew Pisko has extensive experience in retail petroleum gained in his employment at Sunoco, Inc. and TrueNorth Energy, at the time, Shell Oil's largest distributor. As an account manager, Matthew handles all aspects of project management, specializing in public presentations, municipal approvals, and successful completion of retail petroleum construction projects. He is a Graduate of the University of Michigan, with a degree in Business Management. He holds a certificate in project management.

Milan Atanaskovic is a project manager with extensive experience in image and sign roll-out programs, having come from the outdoor advertising industry. Originally an automotive technician, he rose through the ranks of a major repair chain eventually to head its recruiting department, before growing into project responsibilities. Milan holds an Associates Degree.
