Yesterday during the Ohio Petroleum Contractors Association (OPCA) Annual Meeting, the membership re-elected Paul Backo, Empaco Equipment, Richfield and Ray Patrick, Tri-state Service Station Maintenance, Middletown and elected John Dzwonczyk, JGD Associates, Avon Lake to the OPCA Board of Directors.
